I compared the system catalogs of SQL Server 2019, 2022 and 2025 and checked each new object against Microsoft Learn. I found no documentation for 477 of 558 new objects in SQL Server 2022, and for 258 of 294 in SQL Server 2025.

The first eight posts cover SQL Server 2022, the next ten cover SQL Server 2025, and the fourteen follow-ups test individual findings in more depth. New posts publish daily until 2026-10-28, and each entry becomes a link on its publish date.
